Jazz education and other links

There is a huge amount of web pages out there, focusing on guitar instruction in styles from heavy metal (mostly..) to Jazz and any style imaginable really. But as in most cases, quantity doesn't necessarily mean quality. The following are a few pages I've stumbled upon over the years and think have something to offer to people looking to train their musicianship...

Page Title & Link
Description

Functional Ear Trainer This is a site dedicated to ear training, and if you have read through the lessons you will know how important i consider this to be. The page is host to one of the best free ear training software out there, very practical and direct. Highly recommended!
I Was Doing All Right The Ear Training Tool found on this page is the single, best thing that I have ever seen as far as ear training is concerned, ever. If it confuses you at first, slap yourself in the face to chase away the thoughts of leaving the page and learn how to use it; every day. Some really cool articles there as well.

Michael Furstner's Jazclass This is probably the best Jazz lesson site I have come across so far, definitely check it out.
David Emanuel Cohen's guitar page Check this page out, it has some really useful lessons and transcriptions/arrangements and also some very interesting essays on music subjects, such as "Repetition and Return in music"; definitely worth a visit.
JazzGuitar.be Good Jazz guitar lesson site with a lot of information.
Frank Singer.com Very interesting site containing a lot of information, from articles on the history of Jazz to theory lessons and much more.
Alisdair MacRae Birch The homepage of acclaimed UK Jazz guitarist Alisdair MacRae Birch which contains a lot of useful Jazz resources (plus biographical and other information about the artist himself).
Guitar-Websites.co.uk This is basically a site listing many websites which are considered good in their field, all relating to guitar playing, from lessons to effects and sales. Pretty useful site, I've found quite a few good pages through here.
Gary Ewer's easy music theory lessons This looks like a pretty good series of lessons on basic music theory, so if things on this page sound alien, check this out.
Money Chords
This is a great page with loads of lessons and good guitar related links.
Guitar DownUnder Cool page with nice and free classical and fingerstyle guitar arrangements.
PlayJazzGuitar A cool site offering free weekly Jazz guitar lessons for the first 18 weeks of subscription.
Jazzy Music Online Jazz music links.
Guitar 50 List of the Top 50 guitar sites
